The College of Business and Public Administration at CSU Dominguez Hills would like to prepare you for your career in the next century. Our first priority is to graduate students who can assume the full responsibility of an entry-level professional position in the world of opportunity. At the heart of our program in preparing you for the future is the faculty in the College of Business and Public Administration. I am proud to acknowledge that the faculty is a cadre of dedicated professors who are committed to teaching and remaining current with business practices and research. All faculty have been active in the business world throughout their careers. This expertise greatly enriches the quality of classroom education as well as other related experiences - on-site tours, internships, guest speakers and enhanced job placement opportunities upon graduation.

Faculty are driven to identify, design and teach a curriculum that has, as its primary objective, the transfer of the "best practices" in business, government and not-for-profit organizations. As a future manager, you must develop the cultural sensitivities, technological skills, communication skills, negotiating techniques and team-building expertise to function in the diversity of the world of opportunity.
